1. Agreement

By applying for or using a SuperCard credit card, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully. If you don't agree, don't apply.

2. Eligibility

You must be 21+ years old, an Indian resident with a valid Aadhaar and PAN card. Employment or income proof may be required. Each person can hold only one primary SuperCard account.

3. Fees & Charges

All fees are clearly disclosed during application. Joining fee: ₹0 to ₹500 (card-specific). Annual fee: ₹0 to ₹2,999 (card-specific). Late payment: ₹100 per occurrence. International markup: 0% on Travel, 1% on others.

4. Rewards Program

Cashback is credited within 48 hours of transaction. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. SuperCard reserves the right to modify reward rates with 30 days notice. Cashback is not redeemable for cash.

5. Card Usage

Cards are non-transferable. You are responsible for all transactions on your card. Report lost/stolen cards immediately. Liability for unauthorized transactions is zero if reported within 3 days.

6. Credit Limit

Credit limits are determined based on credit assessment and may be revised periodically. Requests for limit increases are subject to re-assessment. SuperCard may reduce limits with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

SuperCard's liability is limited to the total fees paid. We are not liable for merchant disputes, third-party services, or indirect damages. Our maximum payout for any claim is ₹10,000.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill). Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence;
  • limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
  • exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

You can close your account anytime with zero closure fees. SuperCard may terminate for breach of terms, fraud, or inactivity exceeding 12 months. Outstanding dues must be cleared before closure.

For complaints, email grievance@supercard.in or call 1800-SUPER. If unresolved in 30 days, escalate to the Banking Ombudsman as per RBI guidelines.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
